About
Us
AIRCARE By AMPSCorp
Beyond
scheduled maintenance programs (Systems, Powerplant,
Structures and Zonal Programs) our entire team
has extensive experience with airline maintenance operations
– line maintenance, A-check, B-check C-check, D-check/heavy
maintenance, overhaul; regulatory coordination; vendor / manufacturer
coordination; evaluation
with business and operations plan recommendations for maintenance
operation improvements.
AMPCorp’s
integrated Program Development Process was created for one reason, and that
reason is to reduce the known redundancies in airline maintenance programs
throughout the industry.
We
realized that the FAA mandated SSID program (AD 2004-07-22) was the
perfect forum to implement our pilot program which allows us to reduce
the known redundancies in the MPD/MRB structures and SSID program
requirements.
With
our proven success using our redundancy reduction process in
developing the new SSID/MPD-MRB compounded maintenance program,
validation of our development process has been achieved through
reduction of overall man-hours used in a D check.
We offer our integrated Program Development Process
to reduce the overall man-hours currently required to accomplish your
maintenance programs.
At
this time, we are directing a significant amount of our resources to
supporting the urgent needs of our clients in complying with Boeing
model 747 AD 2004-07-22. Industry Need Regulatory
Mandate compliance (AD 2004-07-22) (SSID fatigue program)
.
Airplanes
over the 20,000 flight cycle limit as of May 12th, 2005 must comply
with a SSID program in place to be accomplished no later than 1,000
flight cycles later.
.
We
are supporting the operators with enhanced maintenance program
development. We are creating efficient scheduled maintenance operating
processes. We are assisting the operator in building a more cost
efficient overall Business Plan Current Focus Presently. We are
developing SSID-Operating Specification structures task conversion
programs for our customers. Our SSID-MPD/ MRB structures conversion
program provides our customers with the necessary Documentation that
verifies completion of their existing (old) structures programs and
automatically migrates their fleet to the new integrated SSID-Operations
Specification structures program.
.
This
program development aligns the SSID with the customized scheduled
MSG-3 maintenance program, simultaneously accomplishing both programs.
.
Customized
task cards for the SSID and MSG-3 programs are developed to facilitate
simultaneous accomplishment of SSID & MSG-3 tasks, significantly
reducing the number of man-hours and airplane out-of-service time required to accomplish all task
cards.
.
Your
fleet reliability data will be reviewed for potential further savings adjustment to your scheduled maintenance program.
.
With
the FAA’s mandated time-limit upon us, we stress the importance of
your timely consideration of our program development services that
will allow you to simultaneously accomplish your SSID & MSG-3
scheduled maintenance programs during a regularly scheduled heavy check.
.
Immediate
cost Benefits
Our
low program development fees are a result of our efficiencies and low
overhead costs as compared with the manufacturer's business
operations.
.
